- Personal Injury:
Extensive experience in representing clients in all aspects of personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, etc. Has extensive trial experience in all levels of Court in Ontario and at the Ontario Insurance Commission representing injured persons. Has also successfully negotiated hundreds of personal injury settlements.
- Medical Malpractice
Has successfully represented numerous injured patients in claims against various medical personnel in all levels of Court in Ontario.
- Insurance Claims
Has represented individuals in disputes with their insurance companies including claims for car insurance benefits, disability benefits and life insurance benefits.
- Commercial Litigation
Has represented large corporate clients in complicated and extensive commercial litigation matters including breach of contract and construction litigation.
