Areas of practice:
- Criminal Litigation:
Since 1978 has appeared successfully before trial courts, the Ontario Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of clients charged with various offences, including assaults, motor vehicle offences, fraud, theft, drug offences and homicide.
- Civil Litigation:
Has acted for injured victims in law suits involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults, sexual assaults and actions against the police for wrongful arrest and negligence.
Family: Married to Sharon. Daughter Megan and sons Matthew, David and Eric.
Called to the Bar in 1978.
